‘CSI’ Creator Anthony Zuiker To Track Down a Renter for His $90K-Per-Month Malibu Home

But if your pockets are miles deep and you covet the high life, you might consider this four-bedroom, 6.5-bath getaway. It belongs to Anthony Zuiker, creator of hit television franchise “CSI.”

Hold on to your hat, though. The rental price is $90,000 per month! But for these amazing vistas and lots of room to spread out, it just might be worth it.

Zuiker purchased this amazing abode in June 2019 for a little more than $12 million, from the NBA star Kevin Durant, according to Dirt.

Located at the end of a quiet road in a gated community, the multideck home offers loads of natural light, ocean breezes, and indoor-outdoor living on every level.

The dwelling’s lofty ceilings, French oak flooring, cozy fireplaces, skylights, and glass doors are replete with coastal California charm. Marble counters and luxe stainless steel appliances round out the kitchen. Plus, there’s a second kitchen on the lower level and an outdoor cook space for entertaining on the deck.

The primary bedroom has a fireplace, a sprawling bathroom with a soaking tub that overlooks the ocean, and a deck with yet another fireplace.

The home also features automated window shades and a Tesla charging station in the two-car garage.

Zuiker, a writer and producer, is responsible for all four of the wildly successful “CSI” franchises, which ran for 15 years. The latest iteration is “CSI: Vegas,”which aired in 2021.
