    Shawn showed me a house I wanted to see. I was interested but the house was filthy. Shawn told me the sellers realtor was going to have the house cleaned. I bought the house. The cleaning never happened and it took me a week to get it clean. Shawn never followed up. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. One other thing, I noticed the windows were pretty old and looked inoperable. Shawn said they were fine. I knew better and ended up paying $11,000 for new windows. Bottom line- I would not trust him.
