NFL Coach Frank Reich Fetches $1,875,000 for His Indianapolis Home

National Football League coach Frank Reich is moving south—and shedding his Midwest home in the process.

After a less-than-stellar record, Reich was let go as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts in November, and he promptly listed his local home for $1.9 million.

He had to settle for just a touch less—$1,875,000 for the five-bedroom, six-bath property. He purchased the place in 2018 for $1,250,000.

And yet, there’s a silver lining: Reich was just tapped by the Carolina Panthers to be their new head coach, which means he’ll no doubt be house hunting in the Charlotte, NC, area.

The Indianapolis abode is 7,848 square feet of style. It features a chic white palette and enormous windows in the huge great room. Built-in, remote shades offer privacy in this space, and the property is fenced, too, allowing for quiet strolls on the half-acre lot.

The great room also features accordion-style doors that open to the patio and pool outside, which has been upgraded with a concrete surround.

More entertainment spaces can be found in the game room and home gym on the lower level. The main bedroom sports two walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a gorgeous bath.

Reich will find himself in familiar territory with the Panthers, since he played for this team during its first year as a franchise in 1995. Reich also played for the Buffalo Bills, and he has the 2017 Super Bowl win under his belt from his days as the offensive coordinator with the Philadelphia Eagles.
