There has always been a competitive climate in the real estate market.  So, many realtors vying for those ready to purchase buyers tend to have a slight sense of possessiveness.  But, that does not provide the client with the best service he or she deserves. So, a realtor that puts the clients needs first and foremost will always win the day.  And, sometimes that means realtors working together with other realtors to provide the buyer with the best customer service.  Realtors Working Together Provides The Buyer The Best Customer Service

East Tennessee Market

East Tennessee has had a unique real estate history.  And, in the past, the area for the most part has had a steady but not heavy growth.  Property prices continued to rise as it does almost anywhere.  But, not so much that it drove buyers away.

Lake side properties grew in value the most as folks from other states found refuge from city. Often, driven to east Tennessee due to over populated cities and high taxes.  And, often to the chagrin of locals who would not pay the price "Yankees" (which is anyone not from here) would pay for a piece of property they could have purchased a few years ago for a quarter of what it sold for now.

In the past year or so as real estate values in what many once called flyover country has seen a tremendous amount of growth.  And, the east Tennessee area is not an exception. Folks from places like California and New York are looking for less intrusive lifestyles like what is found in east Tennessee. This is where it might take a village of realtors to aide the out of state clients to give them the best customer service they can get.

The Client

When an out of state client interested in Tennessee starts that first google search it can be overwhelming for them. And, they will find properties listed from Memphis to Bristol Tennessee. So, being near the Knoxville market realtors can work with other realtors to the east and west to lead clients to the area that best fits their wants and desires. So, building relationships with realtors in those other markets give the Knoxville realtor an added tool to enhance the customers property search experience.

A great search experience will no doubt lead to a greater chance of a sale. This may include letting another realtor take the baton and provide and show listings that may not be in the area of a Knoxville realtors expertise. But, with building the relationships realtors from other markets become a useful source when they have clients looking in an alternant market.  Basically, fellow realtors are useful tools of the real estate trade.  Realtors Working Together Provides The Buyer The Best Customer Service.

Commercial Verses Residential Realtors

Another diversity among clients is their intended use needs.   So, it often happens that a residential client is also looking to move his business to east Tennessee.  And, will require a commercial facility.  In some cases, an experienced residential realtor will find themself in unfamiliar waters. 

So, it is in the clients best interest to team up with a realtor with a specialty in commercial.  An experienced commercial realtor can provide a more factual take on suitable facilities.  After all,  A businessman looking to find a place for his company will be more concerned with traffic patterns than with window treatments.
