Rockstar Energy Drink Creator Russ Weiner Lists $50M Park City Mansion

Rockstar Energy Drink creator Russell Weiner has listed his Park City, UT, home for a whopping $50 million. It is the most expensive listing in the state.

Built last year, the mansion boasts many luxury amenities designed for a billionaire, including a wellness wing and a ski room tricked out with vintage skis on the ceiling.

The 17,567-square-foot home has never been slept in, according to the Wall Street Journal. It last came on the market in December 2021 for $42 million, and Weiner purchased it in May 2022 for $39.6 million.

Weiner reportedly upgraded the interiors of the six-bedroom, eight-bath home, including adding an air filtration system, according to the listing.

The ski-in, ski-out property sits at the base of Monitor Bowl on Park City Mountain Resort within a gated community known as The Colony at White Pine Canyon. (The association fees will set you back $22,650 a year.)

Luxurious details include Italian steel windows, Croatian limestone, six fireplaces, and a copper roof. The enormous primary suite comes with a chair swing, wood walls, and a sitting area with an office.

The stunning home even boasts a tower above the trees to take in the panoramic views.

Designed for entertaining, the media room is equipped with a Steinway-Lyngdorf audio system and a 200-inch screen. There’s also a wellness spa with a gym, an indoor sport court, a climbing wall, a golf simulator, a bowling alley, and an indoor-outdoor, stainless-steel pool.
